When I put on my hat as an entertainment attorney, I work with a wide variety of individuals and businesses in the music, film/television, publishing and media industries. Some of the work that I handle for the entertainment world is very similar to any other type of legal work which I may undertake. This may include the formation of business entities, the drafting, review and negotiation of various agreements and the purchase and sale of businesses.
